Junior League Privacy Policy

This privacy policy describes the RackUp™ Junior League app ("the app"). It is a separate app from RackUp. The RackUp app has its own privacy policy.
The app is operated by Spinfluence LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). Our mailing address is 381 Evergreen Park Rd, Camano Island, WA 98282.
Children never sign in. A league operator enters the child's information. Staff sign in with Google or Apple.
Information a League Operator Enters
A league operator enters:
- The child's name
- A skill level, which is a starting rating from 25 to 45
- An optional parent email
We do not collect a date of birth, an age, a child's email address, or photos.
Camera
The camera is used only for scorekeeper QR scanning. We do not collect photos.
Who Can See a Child's Information
- Standings are visible only to that league's staff. Standings show first name and last initial.
- Scorekeepers see full names.
- A parent email is visible only to operators and the admin.
Ratings Shared with RackUp
Ratings are shared with the RackUp app. The rating lives in shared RackUp ratings. Committed scores become confirmed RackUp matches that count toward certification.
Staff Sign-In
Staff sign in with Google or Apple. Children never sign in.

Advertising, Analytics, and Notifications
There are no ads. There are no analytics or crash-reporting SDKs. There are no push notifications.
How Long We Keep Information
We keep the information described in this policy until a parent, guardian, or league operator requests its removal by emailing mike@spinfluence.us.
Parent Requests for Access or Deletion
A parent may request access to a child's information by emailing mike@spinfluence.us. A parent, guardian, or league operator may request removal of that information by emailing the same address.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page.
