ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
You can permanently delete your RackUp™ account and all associated data directly from within the app. This cannot be undone — all match history, player profiles, and Pro subscription data will be removed.
Launch RackUp™ on your device and sign in if prompted.
Tap the Settings icon from the main screen to open the Settings page.
Scroll to the bottom of Settings and tap Delete Account. It appears in red under the Support section.
Review the confirmation prompt and confirm. Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted.
This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Deleting your account will erase all match history, player profiles, and preferences. If you have an active RackUp™ Pro subscription, cancel it separately through the App Store before deleting your account to avoid future charges.
